Bitcoin checkout is being activated. Card payment is not currently available.

Activation pending

Bitcoin

When activated, BTC payment will use Bear's BTCPay checkout to create an invoice with the exact amount, address and QR code.

Select products and review the cart.
Proceed to checkout and select Bitcoin / BTC.
Continue to BTCPay.
Use the exact BTC amount and the displayed address or QR code.
BTCPay detects the transaction and updates the order state automatically.
View the order status through the registered Bear Biotech account.

If an invoice expires

Do not send funds to an expired payment request. Return to the order flow and create a current invoice.

Not currently available

Card

Card payment is not currently available. If Card is enabled later, the approved customer instructions will be published here.

Register or sign in to Bear Biotech.
Select products, review the cart and proceed to checkout.
Select Card and place the order.
The order is created with status Awaiting payment.
Secure card-payment instructions are sent to the verified account email only after the email service is active and confirms the send.
Follow those secure instructions and check the order status in the account.

Protect card details

Bear will never email your card number, expiry or CVV, and will never ask you to send those details by email.

Do I need a Bear Biotech account?

An account is required before checkout so an order and its status remain connected to the verified customer record.

Do I need to send proof of a Bitcoin payment?

No. BTCPay is designed to detect the transaction automatically; do not email screenshots or transaction identifiers unless Bear Biotech support specifically requests information about a confirmed issue.

When is an order considered paid?

An order is considered paid only when the payment system records the required confirmed payment state. Creating an order or receiving instructions does not mean it is paid.

Where can I see my order status?

Order status will be available through the registered Bear Biotech account when account order access is enabled.
