Research-use restriction

Products and information are supplied only for controlled laboratory research. They are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, food, cosmetic or household use.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether acquisition, import, possession, storage and proposed laboratory work are permitted in the relevant jurisdiction and institution.

Accounts and orders

Account and checkout information must be accurate and current. Account credentials and private order links must be kept secure. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance or fulfilment.

An order may be declined, held or cancelled where identity, payment, stock, destination, research-use, pricing, security or legal requirements cannot be satisfied.

Pricing and payment

Catalogue price, availability and delivery charges may vary by delivery country. Where available, a network-derived country code may be used only to suggest a starting country. The delivery country selected by the purchaser and the server-calculated checkout total are authoritative.

Prices and the order total are displayed and recorded in AUD. The complete total, including any applicable delivery charge, is shown before the purchaser creates an invoice. The payment instructions presented for that order are controlling, and the order is not paid until the complete invoice reaches the required settled state.

Customers must not send funds using a payment route that was not presented or separately confirmed for the order. Partial, late or incorrect payments may require reconciliation before fulfilment.

Catalogue descriptions provide research context and do not constitute medical, clinical or professional advice. Batch-specific identity, purity or analytical claims apply only where linked to an identifiable record for that lot.

Website availability, price, format and content may change. Errors may be corrected before an order is accepted or fulfilled.

Responsibility and non-excludable rights

To the extent permitted, Bear Biotech is not responsible for unauthorised use, unsuitable experimental design, improper handling, onward supply or losses arising from matters outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
